Within this period, you can request a return for exchange or refund.

The return package must include the order number and the reason for the exchange or refund.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. We recommend tracked delivery.
Items will be checked upon receipt. Non-conforming items will not be exchanged or refunded.
If an item is exchanged, we offer free shipping.
Refunds will be made by the method of payment you chose at the time of purchase.
If you paid by bank transfer, please include your bank details (IBAN, BIC code) in your order return package.
